The Maokhian Music Project

The MaoKHiaN Project is an artificial inteligence (AI) music project. Using the obscure AI algoplayer software, available for the Amiga platform, we have created an interesting compilation of AI music.

The AI software is very simple. Supply it with instrument samples (drums, strings, etc), supply it with a random seed number, and off it goes. It even generates a song name for you! There are an infinite amount of songs available. Some suck, most are passable, and a very few are exceptionally great. The goal was to find these exceptionally great songs and bring them to you!

Very little processing has gone into these songs. I added a little reverb, but that was it.

I think it is actually quite good for AI, but listen for youself.
